Thanks John, that would be perfect.
I use the Update scanner to keep me posted (Firefox add-in https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3362).
The Update scanner is a sidebar which highlights (yellow highlight) only the recent changes on selected websites. I like it's simplicity.

Open the OPML file in a text editor and remove the last link which is to Dennis site, it doesn't seem to like the '.Net' in the title. Then go and add that one manually. There may be a better way, but that worked for me, I was already subscribed to Dennis feed.
