The publisher explained that pre-xmas is a *really* bad time for publishing technical books, as the bookstores tend to fill their shelves with &#039;present&#039; books, not technical ones. It also gave us a few more months to get it written &lt;g&gt;!&lt;/g&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
