		<description>&lt;p&gt;How do you specify blank or non-blank fields in the advanced filtering criteria? I can only see how to do that in the simple auto-filters. So for example, I want to select all records in a given range in which the &#039;initial contact date&#039; is &gt;30 days ago and the &#039;interview completed date&#039; is blank.&lt;br&gt;
